I have this Acura i bought and I've managed to seek all the problems out except a minor problem with a sound coming from the throttle body when i turn it off. Also it revs up and down when I first turn it on....
any ideas or suggestion?
i know it s hard to run diagnosis through just some words... i know I'm a kinetic learner myself

 

add coolant to fix the idle and bleed it too. should go away. mine did 19 years ago. hasnt happened again

 

what sound is the throttle making? like a hiss that runs out of breath? i know that sound LOL

 

yea like a hiss but more like a sucking sound

 

never thought that was it. so should i detach what, to leak out the coolant last time i did it it was by accident. I just removed the hose from the radiator to the block to put sealant and it all fell out HA

 

actually ill just consult the manual but thanks for that info

 

wow i didnt see you replied then LOL...um yeah the manual will tell you what to do. but if you cant find it, there is a drain **** on the bottom of the radiator. open that and the radiator cap and it will pour out. then there is a bleeder valve for when you put the coolant back in. you need to bleed the air out. PM me if you need help. i'm not sure the manual covers that or not

 

the idle issue has always been a problem with G2s for some reason.
