Is my head gasket leaking? (Pic inside)
Wanna make sure if this is a head gasket leak? Engine oil disappears alone with coolant, but not mixing together. Also, there is no smoke from the exhaust at all. Just took the flywheel cover to check if theres any leak from the main seal - all dry and clean.
So, this is the only fresh-oil spot i found

i had that too. a k or so miles later after i first noticed it, i had to make plans to pull the motor. find out what it is quick! lol
in my case, i didnt do anything about it. later on my pistons/rings are blown. 115k miles, 01 gsr

Coolent and oil lose a good sign of a blown head gasket, but like already mentioned clean with brake cleaner then take it for a spin and check, do a compression check...Most of the time it's a bad cam seal, or the O ring around dizzy.

If you're losing coolant along with oil then yeah it's gotta be a blown head gasket. Any white smoke out the tail pipe?
I had oil in the same area, replaced cam end plug, VTEC switch housing gasket, and distributor o-ring, and none of those fixed it. Later I replaced the smaller gasket on the actual VTEC solenoid (the little round housing, gasket was original at 280K+ miles) and that fixed it right up.
But with your coolant loss I would be more suspicious of the blown head gasket.
