i have 2 del sol wheels with shyt tires and i was wanting to know if its possible to put slicks or radials on em for traction on the STREETS
the tire size is 185 60 14
and what would be some good track tires for them
(car is a built boosted b16 eg hatch and i have problems with traction)

Track tires don't work very well on the street. Aside from the fact that they're expensive and they wear rapidly, they are designed to grip after they have been warmed up for a lap or so, and you never get the chance to get warm enough to grip well.
Your best bet is to get some of today's "extreme performance summer tires". These are designed to offer almost as much grip as track tires, but without the downsides for street use. The Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec is the only one of these available in 185/60-14, and it's an excellent tire, the stickiest street tire you can buy. That's the one to get for your del sol.

The answer for a '92-95 Civic is the same as for a del sol. The best size is 185/60-14 and the stickiest tire you can get in that size is the Dunlop Star Spec.
