Icon3 Clutch- master cylinder for 94 Accord

I have just replaced the clutch master cylinder in my 1994 Honda Accord. My clutch goes to the floor and will not come back up unless I manually pull it back up. I bled it for about an hr and no change. What else can I do to make it work?

make sure the master and slave cylinder are not leaking, check your clutch lines for leaks, and make sure you have sufficient clutch/brake fluid in reservoir.
