Default Integra catback(straight pipe) exhaust question, all welcome to answer

OK, I am going to be getting into an exhaust system here real soon. I am going to do a header and hiflow cat. I was going to do the catback straight pipe( in aluminum), having a shop up the street from me build it for my car.

My question is, will the straight pipe be bad or affect anything being my motor is stock, and wll be that way for quite some time? I imagine it will be louder, that is ok. Or should I just do a catback with a muffler.

Thoughts, especially if anyone has done aluminum on a honda, I have seen, heard on srt-4's and sound great, but that is with built motors? Any help greatly appreciated,

Thanks,
James
