I am tired of my loud car and looking to do the stock muffler and electric cutout thing.

Only thing is I put 30k+ miles on my car a year and don't have a good place to work on it so I really can't afford to have it breaking. I've heard mixed reviews on electric cutouts, so is there anyone here that has had one on their car for 40-50k miles without any problems?

 

i have one on my civic, and after about (around) 30k miles the motor got a little loose, and when i drive its opens just a littlel. and ill have to push the switch to reclose it. every now and then.

i have the QTP cut out on mine.
