what's the timing supposed to be set at on a jdm d15b... seems like the emissions are high and i smell fuel like some is unburned... so maybe the timing is a little retarded...? I'm trying to smog the car also so i need everything on point to pass this ****...

With the service connector jumped, the pointer should align with the red mark (middle in group of three) on the crank pulley.

 

Now i just gotta find someone that knows how to do that **** xD
