96-00 oem honda civic mud flaps guards

i got brand new rear OEM mud flaps/guards for 99-00 honda civic 2dr/4dr. this is super hard to come by. it comes with paper instruction and hardware.

selling it for 40 (firm)

Local pick up only - seattle/burien
