Default rear sway bar

Hey everyone, I'm trying to install an integra rear sway bar on to my EJ6. My question is, how do you get the bushings out of the ends of it to install the endlinks? I have blox endlinks. These things just don't want to budge. Thanks!

Nope, I'll give that a shot. What should I use? A lighter? Blow dryer? I don't have a torch or heat gun or anything.

find a torch or go get one of the benzomatic butane torches...they can be had for pretty cheap at walmart, lowes, home depo, etc.
