i would put a nice intake manifold, good header with 2.5 collector and a set of ITR/CTR cams and tune it, this should net u in the 180-190whp and about 135-145lbs. tq. good enough to get u in the 12 sec range with a light chasis and some slicks!! G-L
don't make it a habbit of reving too high all the time because those b20 cylinder walls are weak. Unless u got a B20Z than thats a little better than a b20
well if hes 40 thou shaved his compression must be up wards of 12.0:1 so to put high compression pistons on that head would blow his motor right up i would suggest a a m24 cam from rocket a good header and a tune
degree those cams and check for clearances notch the valve reliefs to accomadate the new cam

How do you know what his CR is when you don't know if the block is b20b or z lol. Unless i didn't read that part. But anyway, since the head is milled so much i wouldn't go bigger then itr/ctr cams, but thats me, but yes for sure unless the valve reliefs on the stock pistons were opened up more.
i have a b20b block. my compresion is around 11 something. wat would be some good high compresion pistons? i also have a 4-1 header 2 1/2 all the way back with a skunk2 exhaust. i got about 400 houndred to play with rite now.
