Whats up guys. My names Andrew and im new to the tuner crowd. I just bought a 95 civic b16 vtec (head from 99 civic si) and it has a b20 block from a crv? This is what i was told im not 100%. It also has a apexi vtec controller full 3" exhaust. Its lowered and the suspension feels good. It also has rear upper and lower body bars (sway,strut??) not sure what they are called to tell the truth. Also supposedly the motor is fully built nothing stock but headers. The claimed hp is 222 to the wheels and it feels pretty ballsy but i have no idea b.c im used to my challenger (MUCH HEAVIER). It definately has a head gasket leak and a few other problems but it runs like a champ and ive beaten a 06 gt mustang without much difficulty and i pulled on a porsche carrera pretty nice also.

Pretty much what im getting at is if there is anyone in the tampa area that knows hondas or knows a good mechanic or tuning/dyno shop could they let me know. I want to get it fully inspected and fix anything wrong and I want to know what the hell is actually in the thing.

Sorry for sounding like a retard but i know nothing about these cars.

i had a '90 camaro iroc-z and i loved it but gas prices forced me to buy my first honda which was a 93 Civic Vx which is awesome on gas. i still want a third gen Camaro but for now, im loving my Hatchback. sway bars connect a left and right lower control arm, tie bars connect 2 points on a subframe/crossmember and a strut bar connects strut towers. there are a few other bars.
