Default JRSC FMU needed with greddy emanage?

Im a little confused as to how this works...i understand the relation between the rise rate fmu and the fuel pressure regulator but if i used the greddy emanage would that mean i dont need the rise rate FMU anymore? And can just run an adjustable FPR on the fuel rail?
