92-00 Civic Mirror Compatibility

I was wondering if I can get a 96-00 mirror to fit into my 95 EG civic. The reason why I ask is because my friend has one and he asked if i wanted it. I told him I would get it if its compatible. Any advice?

You have to drill new holes to get it to fit. There's a few threads about this elsewhere, so you might be able to find photos.

I hope you dont mean drilling holes in the door. haha. whats the link for them? I cant find it. Ive searched for the past 2 hrs but no luck

Yes, you drill holes in the door.

This thread discusses it. There's also a photo of the mirrors on a 5G, but no diagram of where to drill. It's fairly easy to match up where to drill though
