Default Camshaft Duration Measuring Doubts

Ok. Im currently in the works of getting some cams. I have some hook up. And they are some JG 1001 cams. They are specified by a seller as follows

Camshaft Specs
lift in/ex: 410/410
dur in/ex: 260/260
valve lash in/ex: .007/.009

works for all motor/ nitrous / turbo.

Now with that said i went to the JG website and saw this

Duration is measured @.015 lift.

Now taking in consideration some Crower cams which are the following

Stage 1- Street use and mild nitrous.
Idle to 7250+ rpm. (up to 12 hp). 259 / 265 203 / 208 417 / 399 Duration @ .050"

Whats the diffirence as to Duration? Is one better than the other? Sorry about the camshaft noobness. But im trying to compare these. Also has anyone had any experience with JG cams? Are those JG1001 cams worth it at all? And are those really turbo/na friendly? I cant seem to find any specs on it.

And please no why Stage 1 cams, bashing. Im getting the JG cams for the cost of a cheapo header.

TIA
