Lmao, first place why the hell would you have an LS head on a B18C and it's vtec. B16A on a B18C bottom is Poor Mans Type-R.

H-T is getting more and more funnier...

All it makes is a 1.8L dohc vtec engine with a little less compression than a stock gsr.

What people call a "poormans itr" includes putting b16 or itr pistons in the gsr block.

Wait, I thought putting a B16A head on a B18C bottom will get you to a higher compression?

No, the gsr head has a smaller combustion (quench?) area that results in higher compression than the b16. The gsr head is also less likely to have detonation because of the shape.

Also, before this old rumor starts, the flow of both heads is basically identical.

If you use the compression calculator on c-speedracing, b16 head on stock gsr block gets you 9.8:1 compression
