whenever i start to go in all gears usualy but louder and more annoying in lower gears i get a whistling sound what is that? and what is the weird rubbing sound in my d16z6 when slowign down in the gear?? BTW its a 93-95 coupe Ex

 

I get that same whistling noise through my d16z6? only at lower rpms though. What the hell is it?

I think the sound comes from your throttle body its fine don't worry

 

since you have a CAI, im sure thats what its from. The air flow makes a whisteling noise only when the throttle body is open a certain amount.
