J's racing front lip

will the J's racing front lip fit on my usdm front bumper without any shaping or cutting?

No, that lip is designed for the JDM bumper. I have seen people "fit" it with some cutting/trimming and custom hardware but it will not fit out of the box.

damn...other than the VR6 lip what are my options here?
i don't want a stock one, but I can't find anything.

There is a whole thread on different lips, etc with pictures somewhere on here. Do a search. In the meantime, the 88-89 Integra lip and the DA lip will fit with some trimming.
