There are better tires out there for sure. What size do you need. Some good summer tires out now are Kumho XS, Dunlop Star Spec, Yokohama Advan Neova AD08, Bridgestone RE-11, Falken Azenis RT-615K.

They're not very good. Why don't you instead give us some information and we can recommend the tires that best meet your needs?

Well there was these Dr-16's that i was gonna buy had those tires on it. Thats why i was asking what you guys thought of them as for summer tires

If you're paying more for the wheels and tires than just the wheels are worth, then I wouldn't do it. Unless the seller is willing to split them up and only sell you the wheels for a lower price.
