i bought a crx with a b16 swap in it except that the car comes with a test pipe(no cat) no resonator i assume no oxygen sensor. my question is, i wanna make it pass emission, what kind of cat do i need for the b16 im not familiar with b16 it doesnt matter if its a high flow cat or oem, and would i have to buy a resonator as well? and what kind of oxygen sensor do i need? thanks guys>

 

You gave us nothing to go off of... is it OBD-0 or OBD-I (or hell OBD-II for that matter)???

Also, you need to tell us what state you live in because this will change what you will have to do...

the o2 sensor would be from a civic/crx/any obd0 honda. and you need 2. and as for the cat it depends on the exhaust, if you want you can get a stock cat from a crx and that will work to make you pass emissions. and yes you need a resonator to make it quiet
