Default 97 si a/c question

Hi I have a 97 civic si (us car), original owner removed a/c fan condenser and the line that attaches to the lower part of condenser and to the dryer.
i truely dont know how long its been like this, i want to get a/c working...went scrap yard to find a fan, scrap yard only had 95's and older, so i took the condenser fan hoping it will work. ordered new condenser.

Here are my questions.
should i order new dryer? and a new a/c line that goes from compressor to upper part of condenser?
reason i'm asking is, they were not connected and am worried that dirt or debries got into them? is there a way of taking off the line and cleaning it? also with the dryer if i were to remove can it be cleaned?

thanks for your help!

97 si !!! thats rare my man
i hope nobody sold you a si clone, they only came in 99-00 unless its an sir from canada or something.
no you cannot reuse the dryer. once your dryer is out an exposed to the elements it will be time to replace it due to air and moisture, save your self some time and buy all new o rings for the lines while you are at it. they r cheap.
