I need help with my front motor mount bolts that attach the bolt to the frame. All 4 bolts came loose a little with an impact wrench and then just started spinning.

I have read on this site some suggestions for getting the bolt out, which I will try, but what about mounting it again? The frame is closed so I cannot access the nut to rethread it. Any suggestions? Would cutting a hole in the frame be the only option?
