Default PA State Inspection

Honda claims I have a broken front motor mount, and my engine is as stiff as a dick on Viagra. They also claim broken rear wheel bearings. Last Honda I had with bad wheel bearings I knew it because of the noise it made. They tried to charge me $1700 dollars to fix everything I need for inspection.

Replace Headlight(s) because 1 had a broken mount.
Replace Catalytic Converter because no heat shield
Re-Install header because exhaust leak.
Replace Right-Rear Wheel Bearing
Add Washer Sprayers to CF hood
Recharge A/C

I will never take my Prelude to a Honda Dealer for Inspection again. I asked why I past less than 1800 miles ago, and they replied because it was not a Honda mechanic.
