NEED HELP PASSING SMOG
Wassup honda-tech...i need help on passing smog. i got a 95 civic cx stock motor .the reason why im not passing smog is that i got a crack on my header next to the o2 sensor...would want some ideas on how to pass smog...i could'nt find no stock headers for my cx motor, so i was wondering if i use a dc header and a aftermarket cat converter will that pass smog? thanx for the help.....and I LIVE iN CALI and they are strick on everything here..

The DC header will be fine if it has a CARB stamp on it. I'm pretty sure you won't pass with any aftermarket cat in CA, though. OEM or bust unfortunately.

thanx mattyz...so if i get a dc header and a oem cat.. that set up will be fine passing smog?...will i have to buy another o2 sensor if i go with this setup? sorry for all the rookie questions

Aftermarket cats w/ CARB stamp are OK too. Magnaflow or Catco to name a few!
Just swap your O2 sensor to the header will be fine. You might need to extend the wires for it though
