I noticed this morning that my battery warning light is comming on at idle. This has not happened with this car before. I was told when I bought the Civic that the alternator was just replaced.

Well I guess that I better check it out. I noticed that the heater fan and the wipers where allot slower than normal as well.

Is there something that I should look at as well when I test the charging system and does any one know what the voltage should read on the battery at idle?

alternator. happened to me..light was on for about 2 days and it died on me while driving.

replaced alternator and light was gone.
