Default Sticky Brakes

Ok so I have a 97 Integra GSR, and have been noticeing when i put it in neutral to coast to a stop sign or stop light it slows down a very little like a am pushing down the pedel very little. I raised each tire and found it was the drivers front caliper and passager rear caliper are sticking, it is very hard to spin the tire. So I have searched and not found my answer. What could be the probelm. I have tried bleading them, nothing. Do I need to get a rebuild kit for the two caliper?

Thanks honda tech.

Not if the sticking is simply a lack of lubrication on the sliders.
