IG1 Connection location
Alright I'm lame. 97 Accord SE F22B2, I have a CEL on, code 12 is indicating egr problems.
Im getting correct voltage to the egr, the egr is holding vacuum, and the motor dies when I apply a little bit of vacuum to the egr.
The FSM, says to check voltage at the IG1 connection coming from the control box. WTF?? It shows it as a square 4 pin connector. I have searched through the 94-97 FSM looking for a "control box" and this elusive IG1 connection. The only thing I can see is a wiring diagram of the ignition system, showing right at the ignition switch. I dont see any square 4 pin connectors there.
Now all the FSM that I have downloaded seem to have the last few pages of the manual left out...which contains the "wiring diagrams". I have used several Nissan FSM which shows you on the car; the location, number, wiring color, and conection type or each and every connection in the car. I have a feeling these are the pages I need and lack.
Any help is appreciated. I cant pass emissions with a CEL on. Someone has to know where this is located
Thanks in advance
