ok so my girlfriends ac compressor went out in her 97 automatic civic ex.. i bought a compressor off a buddy of mine and he said that all the fluid had fell out of the compressor when he took it off his car.. he gave me a 8.oz r-134 PAG refrigerant oil.. he said all i had to do was poor it in the compressor and just turn the pulley side until the oil went down.. but im not sure how many times im supposed to do this or how much of the can im supposed to use

im pretty sure thats way too much pag oil, but im not sure how you would properly put it in. the correct numbers for that car are above the highlighted line
