intake runner control location?

which one on this pic below is the intake runners control. Sorry I'm completely a noobie with the RSX. or what does it looks like because i'm getting engine check 1078 (IRC malfunction)

I would guess # 14, but I'm not 100%. Try asking on Clubrsx.com.
