I have a 97 Civic EX that I swapped a in a JDM 97 Integra Type R. I have it running and everything, but my OBD2 port will not respond. The ECU I have is a JDM p73 which i know is OBD2a How can i get my OBD port to work? I need to pass emissions and I would like to be able to plug into it and see if anything is wrong.
