00 Civic SI with unfinished GSR swap (minor work needed)

The car runs now and everything is done. Just needs an exhaust and intake and some tlc

Guys I am running out of time and I am getting married in July. I was trying to get this thing finished so that I could sell it for a profit but it doesn't look like I am going to make any money on this thing. My loss is your gain. I have everything needed to finish this thing minus an exhaust and one mount. The shell is in good condition and only needs minor work to get this thing running again.
I need to sell this thing asap so please help me get it gone
It has a stock GSR swap with a GSR trans and an old school Skunk2 manifold on it. It will come with an obd1 gsr ecu and the 0bd2-obd1 adaptor to make it work. Interior is about an 8 out of 10 and will come with a radio and speakers but they aren't installed (If my asking price is met). It has prelude front seats (not sure why but they hold you really well Previous owner installed them.) To my knowledge the title is clean but I have yet to do a carfax on it. It will come with either The HX's in the picture or gunmetal LS mesh's with falken azenis for 100 extra.
Lemme know what else you guys want to know about it and I will update this with what it needs.

It does have one dent that I checked out and the dent doctor said it would be roughly 50 bucks to repair without the need for paint.

It needs to have the axles installed and the exhhaust put on. It does need some TLC. The car does not smell like smoke at all. I am not 100% on it being smoked in. I never did but I can't speak for the previous owners.

the exhaust manifold will be here on the 18th and the motor mount is already installed. Just need to put the axles in today and wait on the manifold and you will be able to test drive this thing in about a week.

It is running but still needs radiator hoses and a heater hose. I will be working hard on this car this week.
