just changed my distributer because it was throwing out code 4 and put it in limp mode that sucked. but now my idle is jumping from 1000 to like 1200 then back down is it the timing?
its a 91 honda civic ef si with a zc sohc motor swap

 

clean both your iacv and fiscv and adjust your idle screw...!!!

 

i had the same problem and i thought it was timing and a simle turn of the srew made it go away.but i still idle above 1000 idk y though.
