B20A5 swap on the crx
ok, bought my 91 crx shell about a year ago, and now it's time for an engine, the engine i've found is a B20 from a 90 prelude si.
My question is just on general problems with a swap like this, the intake looks deep and looks like i would almost have to move back the firewall.
so if anyone has done one or seen them done (cause i've searched) help me out, thanks

won't work without a lot of extra work that no one has yet documented. these engines share virtually no similar parts to every other b-series engine. sorry chap

they are considered the Bastard engine or the Black Sheep of the B-series motors. swapping this motor in an EF chassis will require custom motor mounts, because of there stance in the bay the normal B to EF chassis swap mounts will not work.
The time/money/work that would go into the swap wouldn't be worth the end result, unless you want a money pit for the sake of "doing something different"
There are many cheaper/easier/more powerful swaps available.

The best advice anyone can give you is to forget the B20A and look for any other B-series engine. Looks like everyone here agrees. You can choose to follow this good advice, or you can make your project much more difficult and potentially expensive just to save a few bucks initially. Your choice.
