Default Rear engine mount question

I am replacing my rear engine mount on my 90 crx si with new oem honda mounts. It is a stock engine. There are three holes on the mount that appear to bolt down to the rear cross member. Below is a top view of the mount.

I can see 2 bolts and will likely be able to access them through swivel joints and extensions, but I can't seem to see the bolt head for the rear middle hole, (red arrow) as there is no room to access it. Is that hole just for a centering pin or centering nub or is a bolt suppose to go through that hole?

I looked at the helms manual and it doesn't show a bolt going through that hole. I am stumped.

Thanks for any assistance.

i think you can reach it from under the car with a 17 wrench not for sure on the efs
if anything you can lower the rack down and get it

I figured there had to be bolt there to better secure the mount to the rear cross member given the torque that the mount will be exposed to. It's just I couldn't access it at from above nor below the car - out of sight and out of reach. I can't even get a finger in that area, above and below. I figured the only way was to drop the rear cross member which I am not really too thrilled about doing. .

just lower the rear crossmember a little and its easy to get to. much better than banging up your hands trying to squeeze in that tiny spot to get it

i'd lower the x-member, it's only 4 bolts for the x-member and 1 bolt at the bottom of your steering columm
