Did anyone else have this issue where I installed a OEM 2000 Front Bumper and OEM 2000 Headlights and the bumper lines up perfect to the fender but the mounting holes dont reach the holes in the frame? I forced it in but I thought that 94-01 Body parts are 100% Interchangable.

Pictures would help. Sometimes its a pain to get mine to line up and I need to wiggle it pretty good before all the holes are in the right spot.

 

They never line up perfectly. Been through 2 98 OEM bumpers and I always have to push on it before screwing in the screws.
