Default intermediate shaft?

So i just finished rebuilding my motor and after getting everything together i noticed a leak that i thought was the rear main seal but after taking off the dust cover the flywheel is as clean as it was when i took it out of the box and it now seams to be coming from the tranny output seal(drivers side). So i have a 96 gsr tranny but it seems the intermediate shaft and drivers side axle r from an earlier b series because the side of the intermediate shaft that meets up to the axle is a female input and not male. So do i get a tranny seal for a dc2 or da?

You get the tranny seal for the tranny you have. 96 gsr tranny= 96 gsr tranny seal

I figured it out. i had to use a seal from a 93 integra. i went to autozone and bought one for a 96 and a 93 and the one for a 96 GSR was to small to fit the intermediate shaft and the one for the 93 GSR fits perfectly.
