I just bought a 93 auto LS integra. The previous owner said the a/c **** was bad. I replaced that but the following still don't work:

-A/C green light doesn't turn on
-Blower isn't engaging.
-Compressor kicks on.
-Blower resistor is toast.

I checked the fuses. Both were fine. No burnt wires. A/C has pressure in the lines and the car isn't a POS lol. Now my question is would the blower resistor make a difference in whether the fan control **** would or wouldn't get +12v? Helpme!
