Default Type R help!!!!

Ok so without getting to much into it I just need to know if anything negitive can happen if I run a B16 dizzy in my Type R. Reason being because thats what I have right now and I go through a set of spark plug and rotor button in less then 2 months. Any ideas?

Both heads are stamped PR3-X. The distributor will work either from a B16 or a B18C. What do you mean by "going through spark plugs and rotor button in less than two months?" Like the plugs are destroyed and won't fire? A little more info would be helpful......
