Default I need help, with my accord.

I bought a 1994 accord v4, manual, and it has american metric system so MP/H
but i live in canada.
After few days the mph cluster stops working. the rpms work and the fuel gauge works but the dashboard light, or the mp/h speedometer doesnt work.
Do i need to change the whole cluster or just change a fuse or something.

And if i do need to change the cluster, what type of clusters can i use?
Can i use a Canadian KM/H one? automatic one? v6 one? or would i need to find another american one?

Default Re: I need help, with my accord.

first, its a inline 4 cylinder (I-4) engine.
the speedo is probably the low power steering fluid or a bad speed sensor unit/head. at worst its a bad ecu but to determine if the ecu or cluster is bad you will need advanced diagnostic tools. you can test the sensor unit too with these tools
