someone messed with my car last night and the wire is not connected to the latch. when i pulled the wire from the fender the wire that connects to the latch came out. i researched and all i found was people saying to remove the bumper and unbolt the latch but all i need to know is how do i open the hood by pulling the same thing that the wire pulls,can i even reach the latch if i jack up the car????
