Default Will any d-series flywheel work...

on any d-series? I have a z6 that I'm doing the clutch on and cant have a lot of downtime and machine shops arnt open on the weekend when I have time to do the clutch. I have access to a flywheel out of a 91 civic. do I have anything to worry about using this flywheel on my z6?

Yes cable flywheels are a smaller overall diameter than standard EG hydro. If there arent any visible heat spots on the flywheel you can use it without machining it, but you'll have some added chatter. So either wait for the machine shop, or throw it in. I personaly did the last one....if I could do it again I would have machined it
