Welcome to my B18A1 Swap Fiasco
So a little back story first, 3 years ago I purchased a 90 CRX, and began purchasing parts for a b18a1 swap. i bought a wrecked 90 integra with a good motor, but auto transmission. I bought shift linkage, ecu, shift cable, throttle cabe, mounts, etc. necessary for the swap.
I purchased a manual transmission off of ebay (i know how some of you feel about this and now know why) when it got here, not only did it have no tag or stamps to identify it by, it had a hole in the housing. after disassembling the transmission and having the hole welded and tranny inspected at a shop. i reassembled it and got a fidanza light weight flywheel and f1 clutch.
i should also say at this point, this is my first swap of any sorts. i did quite a bit of research before taking it on, but this is my first swap.
I got the engine and tranny mated, got the engine in the vehicle, began doing wiring and converting dpfi to mpfi, etc. i got to a point where i had a few other projects and tucked this one off in the back of my garage and forgot about it. recently i started to work on it again, but the body work i had done, had cracked out, the wiring under the dash was F'ed etc. I had someone inquire about purchasing the shell, and at the same time found a cherry 90 civic hatch. pulled the motor/trans/all swap parts, sold the crx shell and picked up the civic hatch.
I swapped all components into the hatch, got it running, and went to put it in gear, and found that the clutch won't disengage and allow me to put it in gear. i checked the clutch cable adjustment, maxed it out, and even had a buddy pull up on the clutch release arm (i know thats not the right term) and tried putting it in gear, to no avail. the arm didn't feel right, almost like there was no throwout bearing (according to a tech at work). so last night we pulled the transmission.
here is where the dillema begins:
throwout bearing is there, clutch/pressure plate/flywheel are all installed correctly.
what we found is that the throwout bearing is not making any contact with the pressure plate. the arm maxes out and stops before the tob comes in contact with the fingers on the pressure plate.
now its been so long, i can't remember what vehicle/trans i ordered the clutch or the flywheel for. i do remember that the throwout bearing came with the transmission and was excellent shape, so i didn't replace it.
is it a possibility that the throwout bearing is incorrect for the clutch, or vice versa?
i attempted to identify the transmission last night, in 3rd gear, it took almost 6 full revolutions to turn the final drive 1 time, and about 4.8ish revolutions in 4th gear. those aren't exact, so it probably won't help.
so now I'm stuck.... do I have the wrong clutch? throwout bearing? flywheel? clutch fork?

I have my camera, video and pics. I can upload them, whatever you need to help. the trans is out, the clutch and flywheel are bolted back up, but i'll pull them back off on my lunch break. please help

I just verified that the throwout bearing is for a 91 integra gs with b18a1 per the part number
ill pull the clutch off on my lunch break and see if there are any part numbers on that
