95 Accord sounds like a subaru, believe one injector is out. 348000 miles
SEE POST 8 for resolution.
After switching around spare plugs and wires and a cap and rotor I took the plug out of my suspect cylinder and started it up. No gas or gas smell was blowing out so, I tried it on another cylinder and got plenty of gas. So I'm pretty sure a dead injector is my problem. Besides a clog what would cause a injector to not fire? I tapped the injector but it didn't come on. The injectors are all original. Also, what accord injectors are usable in a 95 2.2 non vtec? Incase I go to the junk yard to get one.
Thank you,
Michael

Yea I'm sure my injectors not firing and my engine blew up at the same time. After more reading it looks like I'll just clean it and if it's not a piece of debris its a pulse issue.

unplug all 4 injector electrical connectors and check the resistance across the two leads on each injector with an ohmeter. If you find a high resistance relative to the other 3, you'll need to replace that injector. If they all read about the same, you may have a bad connector or a broken wire in the harness attaching to the injector. That would require harness and possibly ECM troubleshooting.

I'm sorry to bring up and old thread but I never posted the fix to my problem, hopefully this will help someone else in the future.
The hole in the head the injector goes into, that lets the fuel enter the cylinder, there was an excessive amount of tar like build up that was blocking the fuel from entering the cylinder. I cleaned it out with a piece of 12 gauge solid wire. Problem solved, passed 350,000 miles with this car also. Still running like a champ.

or the other guy who told him to cut his losses and get a new engine or do a rebuild...
Im not the brightest guy on here or anything, but why do people join forums and give advice if they have NO clue what they are talking about.
reminds me of some people who will go work in an auto parts store, I bought a thermostat that wouldnt open even if sitting in boiling water for 5 minutes, so I took it back and the lady behind the counter kept arguing with me it was probably another sensor somewhere that wasnt telling it to open... I mean, if you dont know what youre talking about, doesnt necessarily mean you shouldnt work there, but dont argue with me over crap you dont know about...

Measure the resistance between the two terminals of the dead injector. It shouls measure between 1.5 and 2.5 Ohms.
If it's not, replace the injector. Also, on the injector connector check for battery voltage between the red/black wire and ground.

last 2 posters, read #8, he already fixed it. and it wasnt dumping fuel... fue wasnt entering the cylinder at all because there was a clog...
