so i got a used 99si under dash harness and a plug was cut off of it ;_;. luckly i still have the 96-98 harness that still has the plug. but it only has 2 wires instead of 4. (A) can i use it or do i need all 4 wires. (B) do i even need it (do note that i am trying to reff next week since i live in california).
