so i had my car dyno tuned about 2 weeks ago and all was running well till the past couple of days...

im cruising around and i do a 2nd gear pull and my car bounces off the revlimiter at 5600k rpms???..

hmm thats weird... so i do it again....still at 5600??..

i pull the car in for the night and the next morning i try it again on the way to work and it hits 7200rpms...wtf???

i get off work.. do another pull..5600 AGAIN!...

im so confused.. why is the car doin this? any suggestions??? thanks guys

 

Any engine check light? VSS maybe?

 

yes i am gettin a vss code and my speedo wont work.... i just dont see how that would affect the redline???

 

Get the vss fix and you should be good. My buddy boost z6 did the same thing. It's now working fine after we change the vss.

 

alright well in the ef chasis its just a cable.. so i guess ill change the cable and see if that helps
