I got my oil changed at the dealership a few weeks ago and was told my front engine mount is broken. I looked at the area myself and saw this rubber thing a bit torn. Does this need to be replaced? If I do replace it, will the only part I need to replace is the rubber stopper or do I need to replace the bracket and bolts too?

 

Reuse the bolts and replace the mount.

There's a guide how to do it in Accord FAQ if I'm not mistaken. If not just search, the job has been described a thousand times.
