the guides were replaced when my friend had it, but i don't have receipts. so here is the background on the head. My friend had it on his built motor for 200 miles. right before he had all the head work done, valve spings, valve job,decking, ect. once he blew up his motor, i got the head from him. I have since taken the head to the machine shop and they pressure tested it, checked for straightness, and hot tanked it. I do have the receipt for that. The head tested 100% like new
