electrical problem

electrical problem
HEy honda-tech
Well I recently finished my motor swap into my 98 civic dx. I ran into a couple problems that I've never had before encounter. Just recent my climate controls stop working. It doesn't even blow the fan. When I lock my car using the alarm it locks, but when i unlock my car, the doors don't unlock. and finally my last problem is my mirror switch isn't working properly. When I push left or right it would unlock my doors. I'm so confused at what is going on.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
