i just bought a car with expired tags 2 weeks ago
i paid for my registration have insurance and did my smog
i havent received my tags in the mail yet
my question is..can i drive my car without tags?
even if i paid for registration, smog and have proof of insurance

You could but you still have a chance of getting a ticket and will have to fight it in court with your proof of purchase. Cops dont give a shiz about your receipt.

 

dont you have to go back to dmv show proff that u pasted and buy plates

the guy at the smog shop told me the tags are coming in the mail but that was 2 weeks ago
