I need to replace the struts in my 96 Accord EX and want to replace all the servicable parts. The current KYB catalog shows the following parts for my car. Before I order these parts can anyone tell me what is needed and what quantity of each is needed? I have put into paranthesis what I think I need.


This first group seems pretty straight forward , at least I believe the catalog is clear to me: right & left; front & rear.

Right front strut 341117 (1 each)
Left front strut 341118 (1 each)
Rear struts 341119 (2 each; left and right)
Front strut mount SM5058 (2 each; left and right)
Rear strut mount SM5059 (2 each; left and right)
Boot Kit SB108 (2 each;Front)
Boot Kit SB107 (2 each;Rear)

It is not so clear to me exactly what if anything is needed with the second group, I wonder if any of these are included as a component of any of the items in the first group? Also, with this second group it apppears these components come in pairs so I would only have to order one of each, can someone confirm this?

Front Mount Plate w/ Insulator Sm5514 (1 pair; left and right)
Rear Mount Plate w/ Insulator SM5515 (1 pair; left and right)
Control Arm Bushing (Front) SM5207 (1 pair; left and right)
Knuckle Shock Bushing (Rear) SM5051 (1 pair; left and right)
Upper Spring Seat Insulator (Front) SM5486 (1 pair; left and right)
Upper Spring Seat Insulator (Rear) SM5525 (1 pair; left and right)
Lower Spring Seat Insulator (Rear) SM5526 (1 pair; left and right)

Might there be a kit marketed that includes everything needed?
I am trying to avoid duplicating parts in my order and if anyone would help me out I would be much obliged.
