Default Okay Question Bout D Series building?

I got a couple weeks for this so im gonna be quick im going up against my cuzins vw1835cc and im runnin a stock a6 with short ram and 4-1 dc headers im trying to do some upgrades like port and polish head, lightened flywheel, and maybe a bigger tb with the stock pm6 IM any recommendations not so crazy though vtec out the question sold most of my mini me swap. Oh and a z6 Headgasket too...just a lil help read the FAQ and not too much detail into the a6

and were racing at qualcomm just trying rep the honda's, since he talks **** about them now

id say since your trying to prove a point and rep the crowd go with the lighter fly and head work if you got time(if the shop aint to busy) and put a 100 shot of nitrous.

Weight reduction is the easiest and most effective way to make a car faster. Run 1/4 tank of gas, make sure you have good tires with even pressure.

Is the car well serviced? If i remember, doesn't your car have 100kg's worth of body kit on it?

You're going to either have to pull the crossmember, or engine to install that 4-1 header. Assuming its a onc piece.

IBTL's, but since your just trying to up hold the "H" honor. Get a Y8 intake mani, head gasket, lighter wheels (hx rims maybe) and take all the junk out of your car. All cheap options that will help.
